Thulane Oats has been in the mining industry for more than 15 years and being the first woman to be involved in mining blasting and drilling. She also has years of experience in driving mining trucks and using many mining equipment. She is passionate about business and empowering other women in the mining industry with knowledge she gained over years in the mining industry.
